ERG complies with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations and is CARB Phase I and Phase II compliant. • Our factory uses ONLY 100% water-based products, including stains, lacquers, and adhesives. • Most of our Metal Bases are completely welded. All welds are hand brazed and polished smooth. ERG gives you a truly complete one piece base. This means that you do not have to assemble the bases top plate, column and bottom base together as we have assembled and welded it for you. • Our “top to base fit” guarantees the strongest table. All tabletops are shipped with pre-installed metal inserts so all you do is use 4 machine screws to attach base to top. NO WOOD SCREWS ARE USED (wood screws will loosen over time and weaken the strength of the top as they are inserted directly into the wood core). |
• Most of our Table Bases have self-leveling adjustable steel glides. These specialty glides allow table leveling on the most uneven of floors. • ERG sandblasts ALL METAL COMPONENTS including Table Bases which gives you the best powder coat paint adherance in our industry! Others simply rinse steel components which cannot properly clean the steel. ERG sandblasts so that the steel and weld areas are 100% free from grease, oil and dirt. We also sandblast to open the steel pores, giving you the BEST powder coated paint adhesion on steel! • We are so confident in our packaging department that we GUARANTEE safe delivery 100% of the time.
